Warning Information for Cargo Control

FAILURE TO FOLLOW PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS, WARNINGS, AND PROPER USE, CARE AND INSPECTION STANDARDS MAY RESULT IN CARGO DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. THESE PRODUCTS ARE USED ENTIRELY AT THE USERS' OWN RISK. USE OF THESE PRODUCTS DEMONSTRATES AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE WARNINGS AND POTENTIAL RISKS INVOLVED.

WARNING - Prior to the use of any product from this catalog or website, carefully read and follow all applicable instructions, warnings and safety information enclosed and attached to the product.

WARNING - It is the responsibility of the Owner/User to evaluate the compatibility of any cargo securing device or other product for any particular need or use. Check all applicable federal, provincial, state, industry, trade association and local regulations prior to use.

WARNING - All ratings referenced in this catalog or website reference only products in new condition. Please note that used, aged, worn, damaged, misused products, and/or products over exposed to the environment and/or chemicals can significantly reduce strength and usability. Prior to use, all products should be inspected and any worn, cut, aged, damaged, misused, overused, or improperly maintained product should be taken out of service and/or replaced immediately.

WARNING - In most cases, the working load limits referenced in this catalog or website are rated at one-third of the breaking strength. All strength references are based on a straight pull application of new/unused product. Products subjected to age, wear and deterioration reduce the product’s strength capacity. All assemblies or systems are only as strong as their weakest component, including the point of attachment. Load directions other than straight can result in a significant reduction in breaking strength. CAUTION: Never exceed the working load limit of any component. Listed breaking strengths do not imply any particular working load limit.

The purpose of this warning statement is to be used as a standard to identify only those risks that are most common. The ultimate responsibility and understanding of proper use and application of the products rest with the end user. Quality Cargo Control and/or Quality Chain Corp. (hereby referred to as QCC) is harmless against any claims, loss or expenses related to damages and injuries as a consequence from the use of product sold by QCC.
